Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 September 2026
embracegrowth.ai is operated by embracegrowth (ABN 53 074 658 530) ("we", "us", "our"), based in Brisbane, Queensland. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we handle it, and how you can contact us about it.
What we collect
- Information you give us — when you use our demo or contact form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, and anything you include in your message. If you correspond with us by email or phone, we keep that correspondence.
- Technical information — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to serve and secure the site.
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It sets first-party cookies and records things like the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Your IP address is anonymised before it is stored. We do not send your name, email address or phone number to Google Analytics.
- Advertising — we use the Meta pixel so we can measure whether our advertising works and show follow-up ads to people who have already visited this site. It records that a visit or an action happened and reports it to Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We do not send your name, email address or phone number to Meta. If you would rather not be included, you can turn off personalised advertising in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or block cookies in your browser.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange demos or engagements you ask about.
- To provide and administer our services and keep accurate business records.
- To let you know about embrace where you would reasonably expect us to — you can opt out of any marketing at any time.
We do not sell personal information.
Where it lives and who sees it
Enquiry details are stored in our own embrace platform and in our email and business systems (including Google Workspace). We share personal information only with the service providers that run those systems on our behalf, with our professional advisers where necessary, or where the law requires it. Our team includes members located in the Philippines who may access information under our direction and controls.
Cookies and your choices
The cookies on this site fall into two groups:
- Necessary — set by our hosting provider to serve and secure the site. The site will not work properly without them.
- Analytics — set by Google Analytics, as described above, so we can see which pages are useful and which are not.
- Advertising — set by the Meta pixel, so we can tell whether an ad led to an enquiry and avoid showing the same ad to people who have already been in touch.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will still work. If you would rather Google Analytics did not measure your visits at all, Google publishes a browser add-on for that at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We added advertising cookies on 27 September 2026, having said in the previous version of this policy that we would tell you here before we did.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, and to keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or raise a concern by phoning +61 488 445 500 or using the contact form on this site. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change and show the date above. The current version always lives at this address.
